Armed Deployment is an enhancement layered on top of Rust’s existing monument gameplay. All default monument behavior remains unchanged. Scientists, puzzles, loot tables, timers, and monument mechanics function exactly as vanilla Rust intends.
This plugin simply introduces an additional dynamic threat that can occur at monuments. When triggered, a hostile deployment arrives near the monument, creating a high-risk, high-reward encounter that players can choose to engage with or avoid entirely. The monument itself continues to operate normally, ensuring that the event feels like a natural escalation rather than a replacement.
By working alongside Rust’s native systems instead of overriding them, Armed Deployment increases tension and player interaction at monuments while fully preserving the game’s original flow and balance.
