Beef :2 Kg
water:1 cup

spices.
Haldi(Turmeric)powder :1\2 teaspoon
Namak(salt) :As much as your
buds prefer
Laal mirch(red chili):1 teaspoon
Red chili flakes :1 teaspoon
Zeera(cumin seeds):1 teaspoon
Ginger :a few (Sliced)
Green chili :A few (chopped)
