📍 LOCATION HISTORY (Redbank Secure Unit): Located in Newton-le-Willows, the Redbank Unit was operational from the 1960s through 2015, part of the now-defunct Youth Justice Board's secure estate. It was known for holding child offenders that required maximum security and psychological evaluation.
