MEAL PREP RECIPE
CRUNCHY OATS:
INGREDIENTS (3 days):
1 1/2 cups/135g Steel-cut oats
2 Cups/470ml Milk + 1 Cup Water
3 Bananas
1/2 cup/80g Raisins
3 Tbsp Hemp seeds
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Simmer for 30 minutes
Handful of berries as a topping
Stats per day:
673 Calories
123g Carbs
16g Protein
12g Fat
Fish Burger w/ Curry Veggies (3 Days):
INGREDIENTS (3 days):
Fish Burger:
3 Cups/ 600g Pollock/cod fillet
1 Egg
1/3 Cup/80ml Milk (soy or other)
2 Tbsp Potato Starch
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp/18 grams fresh Chives
Fry in 3 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
Curry Veggies:
2 Cups/ 300g Swede/Rutabaga
2 cups/300g Potato
3 medium Carrots
Curry sauce:
1 cup/250ml Full fat coconut milk
1 cup/50g Chopped onion
2 cloves of fresh garlic
2 Tsp Vegetable stock
2 Tsp Curry powder
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Corn Starch with 2 Tsp water
Mix veggies once cooked with sauce
