But taking the Tram 28 can be frustrating too, it can be super crowded - the stations can have huge long lines, especially during the peak travel seasons. But here is a super secrete Lisbon inside tip. Take the tram in from outside the city and choose to ride it during the evenings, especially after the cruise ships left the city.
