We found a lot of rust on our 2006 Sprinter T1N | Van Build Ep. 2

After ripping down all of the paneling on our Sprinter van, we started investigating possible issues around the inside. We discovered a significant amount of rust in multiple areas. The corrosion is most noticeable on the floor and roof seams, and appears to have developed over time due to exposure to moisture. Most of it is just surface rust, so we should be able to tackle that with ease.

In this video we remove all of the wall and ceiling panels, remove the lights, and started tackling all the trouble spots that we found.
