SP500 Technical Analysis

In our SP500 technical analysis using Elliott Wave Theory the market found a bottom and rallied as the bulls are looking to now bounce in our C wave back to the 5600-5800 area at which time we can see what kind of rejection we get. If we get a 3 wave pullback we could see new ATHs but if we get a 5 wave drop it's lookout below.

However, any break of the April lows would likely end up with an end to the bull market.

NASDAQ Technical Analysis

Shifting our attention to the NASDAQ, using Elliott Wave Theory the NQ also found a bottom and rallied hard. We are now looking for a C wave into the 19500-20500 area where we would look for rejection. If it's 3 waves we would look for new ATHs. If it's 5 waves we look for a major drop to come.

However, any break of the recent lows would likely end up with the end of the 100 year bull market.
