flour 2 cup
oil 2 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
water as required
yellow lentil 1/2 cup boiled and grined
oil for frying
alu ki tarkari ingredients
potato 3 boiled
oil 2 tbsp
fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
nigella seeds 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
red crush chillies 1/2 tsp
coriander seeds 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
citric acid 1/4 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
zarda food color 1 pinch
water as required
