I was not able to show the whole process. But, this is the last step before she portions out the mole to sell. It takes multiple days to make mole. You have to go to the market to buy the ingredients, toast the chilis fry the fruit & cookies and then go to the Molina to blend everything together. Then you have to fry the mole paste.
