If you don't have an air fryer, you can prepare this in the oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes, or in a pan during 15 minutes one side and 5 minutes more for the other side, under low heat.

Warm Milk - 1 Cup
Eggs - 2 (Medium Size)
Salt - A Pinch
Black Pepper - A Pinch
Red Pepper - A Pinch
