Indication: Routine dating scan / Confirm intrauterine pregnancy
Gestational Age (by LMP): 9 weeks 2 days
Gestational Age (by CRL): 9 weeks 0 days
Estimated Due Date (by ultrasound CRL): -

Findings:
Uterus: Anteverted, normal in size and shape. No fibroids noted.
Endometrium: Gestational sac visualized within the endometrial cavity.
Gestational Sac: Single intrauterine gestational sac, measuring 3.7 cm, appropriate for gestational age.
Yolk Sac: Present, normal in appearance.
Embryo: Single live embryo seen.
Crown-Rump Length (CRL): 23.0 mm
Cardiac Activity: Positive. Fetal heart rate measured at 174 bpm (normal range for gestational age).
Fetal Movement: Gross fetal movements observed.
Adnexa: No adnexal masses or free fluid noted. Both ovaries are visualized and appear normal.
Cervix: Closed, length approximately 3.5 cm
Single live intrauterine pregnancy corresponding to approximately 9 weeks gestation.
Positive fetal cardiac activity.
No abnormalities detected at this stage.
