The Pastor Model Isn't Biblical - Here's the Problem | Matt Dabbs

So many American churches have the pastor model, not because it is in the Bible but because we are in America. This model fits the American culture perfectly...and that isn't all good. In fact, in some instances, it is quite harmful.

We need to get back to God's structure for church leadership. And that doesn't mean a board of business men serving as decision making elders. That is also not found in the Bible!
