Set 13 is here! And so is the first B-patch, literally minutes after I uploaded my first comp guide. But thankfully or unthankfully, Black Rose has prevailed in the meta and continues to perform quite well. Unfortunately, this places AD in a relatively poor spot currently relative to AP since the Scrap nerfs hit the comp relatively hard.
