Here we have an original Ettore Bugatti automobile,produced 104 years ago doing what it was designed to do...These cars were Gentlemen sports cars and Grand Prix cars. Only the owner had to choose as all cars were built the same.
Overhead ,ball bearing cam, giant overhead valves and rpm triple that of the average cars of its day. Four speed transmission with 55 mph possible in third and this model
Has a 1913 Brooklands lap speed of 77.23 mph. Car tips the scales at 1140 pounds which is 1/3 of a Stutz Bearcat of 1913.
This is the oldest Production Bugatti in North America and maybe one of the oldest 3 or 4 in the world on the road.
I just finished a 1300 hour absolutely complete Restoration.
The car currently has about 200 miles of sorting miles and 65 mph comfortably so far.
