📃Ingredients:
1-13 oz./340 gr. package of wonton wrappers
1 lb./500 gr. of ground pork sausage
3 cups/682 gr. of finely chopped cabbage
1 tablespoon of kosher salt
1 small bunch of green onions, sliced & divided
2 teaspoons of chopped garlic
2 teaspoons of ginger paste
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of oil
1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
Dipping sauce:
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of malt vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Greens from the onions
Sesame seeds, optional
1-2 tablespoons of oil for frying
1/2 cup/118 ml of water for steaming
