We have one of our techs from the Philadelphia office show us how to properly install CommScope network RJ-45 connections. Some of our techs prefer using their SNIPS to prep the wiring but the AMP tool allows a nice clean cut for the jacket as well. Cool trick with using the pliers to save your hands...just remember not too much pressure.
