Car Enthusiasts shows Up for Motorvation 39 at Motorplex

We are at Perth Motorplex for Motorvation 39 in association with Summernats for this horsepower event. Car Enthusiasts have show up to represent this car event in Perth. This year was bigger that last year with more in the Elite Tent with Show Cars, More Cruising and more displays. Plus loads more Car Clubs showed up as well.

We kicked off the day by doing the Smooth Cruise with ‪@BadQGarage‬ and ‪@bigmalsworld‬ on the track. Dave rock up to the Motorplex and went straight into the cruise which was great for him. I then pulled Mal a side to have a chat about his channel on YouTube and What's been happening in South Australia, as Mal made the trek over the Western Australia for this event.

Then we headed off to the Elite Tent of Motorvation 39 to check out the unveiling of three Cars and given some interviews. We first chatted with Rusty about his 1951 Oldsmobile Holiday Deluxe Sedan that he brought. It has the original interior, motor, transmission and its only done 70,000 miles since purchased. It has been in the shed undercover since 1970. Such a original American Car.

Then we had a chat with Jarred about his 1977 Holden Premier that had a Full & Bolt restoration. Now Aussie Garage Interviewed Jarred and his dad prior to this event and they were still getting the gaps and some touches done to Premier. Its now had all these little features fixed.

After this, we chatted with Steven from Perth City Street Machine Club about his last minute build of his 2004 WK Holden Statesman. Now they have done a lot of work on this vehicle, however, the engine and drive train are stock at present. But that will change soon. Now Steven has also been learning how to paint for an old pro and the job he did for his first time if great.

Lastly, we finished the Day with Bad Q Garage and Distortion Media in the Super Cruise. Dave with HQ Holden Monaro lit up track on several occasion and it was definitely a ball sliding sides all over the track for fun.
