The upper floor serves as a multipurpose lounge and reception area, currently used for estate promotions and envisioned as a future riders’ club. Architectural details such as a double-height central space, corner windows, a large skylight, rustic materials, and custom metalwork contribute to the club’s warm, inviting atmosphere. Overall, the facility embodies a balance of utility, landscape sensitivity, and understated elegance—serving both the needs of the estate and the broader vision of a community rooted in nature.
