South Indian Breakfast | Crispy Ghee Dosa with Tangy Tamarind Chutney
How to Make Ghee Dosa
Heat a dosa tawa (iron tawa gives the best result).
Spread a ladle of batter thinly in a circular motion.
Add 1–2 tsp ghee around edges + on top.
Cook on medium heat until golden brown and crisp.
Fold and serve.
Tip: Don’t flip a thin crispy dosa — just roast on one side.
