Would you swap your office for a sewer? For these extreme sewer cleaners breaking down giant fatbergs of grease and excrement - with hand tools - is just part of the daily grind. It might sound disgusting for some, but these guys find it a rewarding experience- and it certainly makes for satisfying viewing!

Beneath London there’s an engineering masterpiece; miles and miles of interconnected Victorian-era sewers. Normally the force of gravity is enough to keep things running smoothly but the engineers who designed this foul water system didn’t provision for two major factors: the size London’s population would swell to and the stupidity of its citizens pouring fat into drains and flushing wet wipes down the toilet.

Fat is like a magnet in that it attracts other fats and starts to snowball together into huge ‘fatbergs’. If this didn’t all sound bad enough already, these fatbergs can also contain dangerous gas pockets inside of them, meaning the lads need to be extra cautious and pack the right equipment. We wonder if there's anything that would put these lads off. Good job, boys!
