This is a 12 jewel Meca-quartz chronograph movement built by Citizen and came out a couple of years after Seiko's 7A28 15 jewel movement. This one is in an 1988 Accurist watch. Still going strong after over 35 years.
I used to take this watch everywhere, including
Scuba diving. And they are readily available on the used market.
