"Total betrayal of the middle class": Rep. Balint slams GOP plan to cut benefits

House Republicans are taking aim at Medicaid and other parts of the social safety net as they seek to slash spending. Rep. Becca Balint, a Democratic member of the House Budget Committee, says it's time to find savings elsewhere. "I'm so sick of the Trump administration using the poor and working class as a scapegoat," Rep. Balint tells MSNBC's Jonathan Capehart.
