Part 2 of my journey into rallying, focussing on the preparation of my Mk2 Escort. This car was bought as ‘mint’ and ‘ready to win your class, which by all accounts is stretching things a little bit! Things took a turn for the worse when I started fitting the sill stand kit and found the rot had taken hold of the nsf a pillar and sill. You can watch things unfold and join me for a massive learning curve as I learn new skills and push to get my car prepared ready for a season of Rallying next year. Can I do it?
