Restoring lost volume to his mid-face, buccal hollows, and under-eyes, Dr. Kian artistically layers RHA 2, RHA 3 and RHA 4 throughout multiple planes including deep on bone, in the deep fat pads and in the superficial fat pads. The thickest of the collection, RHA 4, has the perfect balance of strength and flexibility to be injected into multiple planes of the mid-face. For both the buccal hollows, Dr. Kian elected to use RHA 3, which is slightly smoother and less dense, to be imperceptible with animation like talking and smiling. Reserving the finest of these hyaluronic acid fillers for the under-eyes, Dr. Kian softens the lid-cheek junction with RHA 2 to complete the transformation.
