This is Slash Guitar Tone in Appetite 4/7 by PuroMojo (Good Sound Quality)
Usually I call my Les Paul my baby, when I put this tone on I have to call it MY BITCH!
There're two videos, this one with Slash Tone on AFD album from the 80s based on the sound achieved with Tim Caswell modded Plexi.
