This is the famous Doom song, played on one of the more accurate OPL3 clone chipsets, the C-Media CMI8738.
It's crispier sounding but sometimes slightly noisier.
The main problem with this card in DOS mode is drivers, thankfully Win9x mode drivers are more compatible.
