Join me in REAL-TIME for a full body circuit with that will take you under 40 minutes!!
This is an abbreviated version of what we did in my Bootcamp class this morning! All you will need for this one is a set of dumbbells and a kettlebell if you have one.
I will take you through a 6 minute warm up, then 30 minute circuit of the following:
CIRCUIT 1:
1min KB swings
1 min KB goblet squat
50 seconds cardio of choice
30 second REST!
REPEAT 3x
CIRCUIT 2:
1 min DB reverse lunge shoulder press
1 min Renegade rows
50 seconds cardio of choice
30 second REST!
REPEAT 3X
CIRCUIT 3:
1 min KB/DB Sumo squat
1 min Spiderman plank to plank walk
50 second cardio of choice
30 second REST!
REPEAT 3X
I used a set of 10lb dumbbells, a 25lb and 16lb KB and speed rope. First circuit I did jump rope as cardio, 2nd circuit I did Mt climbers and 3rd circuit was Squat thrust as cardio.
I was a sweaty mess and torched a to. Of calories in under 40 minutes! Good luck and make sure you let me know if you try this!!
