Retirement planning or pensions don't sound like much fun :-(

But what if I said you could retire early... in say 2 years with a simple Buy To Let property investing strategy and forget the pension?

I technically retired early from my "JOB" in 2015 with just a few investment properties and honestly... I wasn't doing anything clever. I just woke up to the fact that if I put a shed load of effort in NOW... I could build a profitable property portfolio to completely replace the income I was getting from my kitchen business.

Two years later... I had achieved financial freedom and was technically able to retire.

Retirement planning... in relation to property investing... isn't difficult in my opinion. You simply need to work out what your retirement income or pension needs to be to live comfortably... and then work out what that means in terms of quantity of investment properties.
