This 20 minute 2500 steps walking workout will help with weight loss, especially if you cater the 15 second walking intervals to your fitness level. You can walk at my pace with me, or if you're able to, you can pick up the pace and jog or run before joining me again for the next exercise. This workout is all about making it your own. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout.

Today's workout: 15 second moves with walking every second move; total step count is 2500 steps (including the stretching exercises at the end).
