The 2026 Freestyle Pro Tour season is officially underway, and Boot Düsseldorf wasted no time in setting the bar sky-high inside Hall 17.
Lennart Neubauer, Yentel Caers, and Maaike Huvermann opened the first training session of the year, with big Burner Funnels, risky no-handed attempts, and heavy crashes, and making it clear that Double Power Moves would be back in the spotlight.
Foivos Tsoupras brought the sauce with his signature Cana Brava, Lisa Kloster pushed into funnel rotations, while Elena Dominick landed clean Spocks and even stuck a Funnel of her own.
Steven van Broeckhoven threw down big one-handed Burners, Tigo Kort found his rhythm after a fin switch, and last year’s runner-up Niclas Nebelung hunted the Air Funnel Burner as it narrowly kept slipping away.
Day 1 is done. The bar is already sky-high. And qualifying is coming fast.
