Singapore's Best Char Kway Teow? (honest thoughts)

I try Singapore's most popular char kway teow hawker stall for the first time. It is called Outram Park Fried Kway Teow Mee at Hong Lim Market & Food Centre and it's known for many as the 'best' char kway teow. Every time I pass by, the queue was snaking long so I never got to try it. But today, I am determined to.
