In the Philippines, Balut is a well known Filipino food. In the Philippines many Filipinos love it, others don't. Other Filipino foods I love are adobo, lechon, and kinilaw. However, Balut is a different Filipino food. Often eaten as a snack in the Philippines, Balut is a developed duck egg, often with feathers or even a beak. This may be my last time trying Balut in the Philippines.
