VLOGTOBER DAY 7: Crafting, Sunflowers & I Forgot My Lunch Date!!

Hello friends, and welcome back for VLOGTOBER DAY 7
Today was a day of beautiful contrasts! It started off lovely and relaxed: a bit of a lie-in, some slow English Paper Piecing (EPP) in my craft room, and a nice stroll through our village market. It was the perfect, mindful morning to keep the lingering headache at bay.
However, the afternoon brought the PANIC! I opened a message from my friend only to realize I had COMPLETELY forgotten about our lunch date! Oh my goodness, I was mortified! A frantic dash to make it to lunch resulted in a much-needed long overdue catch-up. (Thank goodness my friend is an absolute sweetheart!).
I'm also sharing my new sunflowers that I bought to cheer up the week.
