Amur Falcons are among the longest-migrating birds of prey in the world. They journey all the way from their breeding grounds around the Amur River in Russia to southern Africa and back — covering an astonishing distance of nearly 22,000 kilometers. In this video, I talk about their incredible migration and a heartbreaking incident from 2012 in Nagaland, where many of these magnificent birds were tragically killed.
