In this video, I show the process of how I make a scabbard for one of my swords.
I demonstrate how I patterned the blade, cut the leather, glue and stitch, dye and finish.
The result was a pretty tight fit, but as I have used the sword and worked in the sheathe, it has loosened up and gotten better. I have been oiling the inside and that had helped stretch, loosen, and lubricate the fit.
