Описание:
Jack Fenton is disfigured by a facial scar sustained in a fire while saving the banker's daughter, Beth. His grateful father offers him a job as a teller at his bank. Jack and Beth are in love, and their feelings grow stronger over the years. But Mr. Alden sees his friend, the bank's vice president, Wilkins, as the daughter's fiancé, and tries to persuade Jack to stop seeing Beth.
