Orlando, Tampa, and Miami residents who don’t know each other called our Spanish speaking consumer/investigative units, Telemundo Responde (Telemundo Responds). They all said the same thing - they paid thousands of dollars to Ricardo Villarreal, the owner of the company "Villa Pavers and Pools" to build their dream pools. Instead, they received a giant hole and a dirt pile in their backyards.
