How Dono Won The $250K UnitedMasters Make Your Debut Challenge

On August 13, 2024, UnitedMasters launched the 'Make Your Debut Challenge' to discover the next wave of independent artistry and celebrate the launch our brand-new distribution tier, DEBUT+. After receiving 2,700 submissions, our judges narrowed it down to one winner: Dono. She’s now signed to a $250K artist development deal, granting her access to a full-service music team, A&R and marketing resources, and a personalized plan to elevate her career. She also performed live at SELECTCON in New York City, cementing her place among the UnitedMasters family.

We followed her journey from Atlanta to New York in the days leading up to her performance at SelectCon to get a behind the scenes look at who Dono is, why she's fiercely independent, and ask her to share any advice for up & coming artists.
