In this experimental episode, we explore using toner transfer sheets to apply images directly onto 3D printed parts.
Toner transfer methods are commonly used for making PCBs, T-shirts and bags, but can we apply them to FDM prints for logos, labels, or custom artwork? We’ll test the process, review the surface prep needed, and evaluate the quality of the transferred images.
