Old man & lady lift the Railroad Crossing gates during malfunction on the Tri Rail & CSX train tracks , maintained by the SFRTA. People had to get off their cars and lift the crossing gates, even place sticks under them so they could pass since the gates were stuck down in the down position on NW 20th Street next to the Miami Jai Alai Casino. It created a back up in traffic and some drivers began honking. Chaos and Panic ensue... Near misses and accidents too!
