Today, we’re moving through three powerful circuits: we’ll kick things off with a lower body focus, shift into a stability-based sequence to challenge your core and control, and finish strong with dynamic upper body exercises to build power and endurance from head to toe. 😮‍💨

Throughout the workout, we’re also weaving in mobility movements using resistance bands – a super effective way to enhance flexibility and muscle activation. 💫

Quick reminder: Resistance bands are seriously underrated. They’re light, practical, and perfect when you’re traveling or don’t have access to weights – yet still want to challenge your muscles and stay consistent.
