Making a 1940's Cotton Poplin Dress // Drafting a Gathered Neckline

This week as the temperatures rose I made a simple summer dress in a breezy bug print cotton poplin! I closed the front waist darts to open them into gathering at the neckline instead.

And yes my hair is green again, I'm afraid the purple just didn't seem villainous enough 💚🧛‍♀️💚
