AMAZING BENDING MACHINE | HOW TO MAKE PIPE BENDING | HOLLOW PIPE BENDER

Presently, the fabrication field, is growing day by day, and in this field , lot of scope , and opportunities are available.

In the fabrication, for various applications, we use to bend hollow pipe. In the fabrication, normally the cross section of hollow pipe is round, rectangle and square.

presently, in manual method, as shown in video, cutter and hammers are used for bending.

but in this method, proper curvature of pipe, will not possible, and the quality of bend, is not up to the mark,

also wrinkles, will get form at, bend area.
in the manual mehtod, lot of time and human stress is required, for bending of pipe, also skilled person is required, for this action.
Due to, mistake of labour, wastage of material is there.

Also presently, in the market, semiautomatic, motorized and hydraulic machineries are available, but these machinery, are not affordable,

to small fabricator and contractor.
Here, we have tried to develop, low cost with simple design, the pipe bending machine, by using rollers.
