BPI launches flexible home loan package up to 30 years

THE Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking to help address current home ownership woes in the country with BPI MyBahay, a new flexible housing loan package that will benefit the underserved and unserved segments of society. Although this open to all who will qualify for a home loan. Just to give a brief background on home loan terms – banks typically offer a maximum loan term of 20 years while Pag-ibig offers a home loan term of 30 years. The longer the term, the lower the amortization that you’ll need to pay on a monthly basis, meaning mas magaan yung magiging monthly payment mo.
