Africa's Largest Hydroelectric Dam to Power Ethiopia

Ethiopia will inaugurate Africa's biggest hydroelectric dam on Tuesday, which could power homes and industries across East Africa. The Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam's operation has deepened tensions with downstream nations Egypt and Sudan over how to manage the Nile -- the main source of fresh water for more than 100 million people. Bloomberg's Jennifer Zabasajja reports.
