It is one of the first coffee shop of Paris. Opened in 2010 by Nicolas Piégay after he came back from Australia. This non-pretentious coffee shop use high quality of coffee beans that they roast themself. The filter coffee seems to be very good when it's brew by baristas. Expressos are quiet acid if you like strong expression of the terroir in your cup. The team is very kind and you will appreciate all members, don't hesitate to ask questions.
They brew coffee and they will brew very well. They have a good success so you will have to arrive early if you want to sit down at a good place. They are very busy at lunch time because food is good and they also have good home-made french patisserie.
