Mouse wheel scroll problem fix.

If your computer mouse wheel is not working properly, rotates but won’t scroll on the screen. Feels kind of loose, sometimes scrolling, sometimes not, you can repair it yourself. I’ve tried to use WD-40, electronics cleaner, squeezing the rotary encoder, compressed air, but nothing worked for me. However, increasing the size of the mouse wheel shaft fixed the scroll problem. I’ve used a plumber’s tape, but you can use Duct tape, electrical tape, or any other tape to make the wheel a little thicker.
