ይህ ወንድ መሆን እዳ ነው በሚል ርዕስ የተዘጋጀው ዘጋቢ ፊልም የህይወትን መሰረታዊ ጥያቄዎች ይቃኛል። ኢዮብ ኃይሌ(ኤስድሮስ ኃይሌ) ከፌስቡክ ከመጥፋቱ በፊት ለመጨረሻ ጊዜ ያጋራው በህይወት ልምዱ ላይ የተመሰረተ አንድ ጽሑፍ ነበር። ያ ጽሑፍ ወንድ መሆን እዳ ነው የተሰኘ ሲሆን በብዙ መብራራት የሚገባቸውን ወንድነትን የተመለከቱ ሀሳቦችን በእንጥልጥል አስቀምጦ ስመለስ ወይም ከተመለስኩ በሚል አሻሚ ሁኔታ ፌስቡክን ተሰናብቶ ወጥቷል። ከተመለስኩ አንዳች ትልቅ ነገር ይዤ እመጣለሁ ባለው መሰረት እነሆ ለብዙዎቹ ትልልቅ ስራዎች መነሻ ይሆን ዘንድ ይህ ዶክመንተሪ ማብሰሪያ ሆኗል። ይህ ዘጋቢ ፊልም በስጋ ሞት የተለየንን ጓደኛችን ኢዮብ ምሕረተአብ ዮሐንስን ለማሰብ የተዘጋጀ ሲሆን ለዚህ ዘጋቢ ፊልም ዝግጅት በትጋት የተባበረችንን እጮኛውን ትዕግስትን ለማመስገን እንወዳለን።

This documentary film, titled "Being A Man is a Duty" explores the fundamental questions of life. The last post that Eyob Haile (Esdros Haile) shared before he disappeared from Facebook was an article based on his life experiences. That article, titled "Being A Man is a Duty" contained many thought-provoking thoughts about masculinity, and he left Facebook with the ambiguous words "When I Return or If I Return." Based on his statement, "If I return, I will bring something great," this documentary has become a starting point for many great works. This documentary was prepared in memory of our friend Eyob Mihreteab Yohannes, who passed away in the flesh, and we would like to thank His fiancé, Tigist, who worked diligently to prepare this documentary.
