FILMING LOCATIONS: Inside The X-Files! Mulder & Scully’s Apartments!

I visited two iconic filming locations from one of my all-time favourite shows, The X-Files! In Vancouver, I tracked down the building that doubled as Mulder’s apartment, along with one of the spots used as Scully’s home. It was incredible to stand where these legendary scenes were shot. The X-Files (1993–2018) is a groundbreaking sci-fi horror drama that follows FBI agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully as they investigate unsolved cases known as “X-Files,” often involving aliens, government conspiracies, and the paranormal. Mulder is a believer in the supernatural, while Scully, a medical doctor, approaches cases with scientific skepticism. Their partnership became iconic, blending monster-of-the-week mysteries with an overarching mythology about alien abductions and cover-ups, making the show one of the most influential cult series of the 1990s.
