Langtang Valley Trek & Tamang Heritage Trail 🇳🇵 | Nepal’s Most Underrated Adventure - Part 1

This video is about my Langtang Valley Trek and Tamang Heritage trail in March 2025.

It is one of the moderate trek that I took with my friend Ilya. We started on 28 from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi.

The Permits are provided either in Dhunche or Nepal Tourism Board.

Our trek lasts 12 days. Here is the route that we followed

Day 1
Kathamandu to Syabrubesi (5 to 8 Hours) shared cab ride.
Stayed at Hotel Garden Inn : +9779860056654

Trek Day 1
Syabrubesi to Gatlang (2238 M ) 4-5 Hours
Gatland Stay : Paldor Peak Guest House +977 986-3320503

Trek Day 2
Gatlang to Tatopani 2,607M ( 5 to 6 Hours )
Yiga Guest House :+977 9861168008

Trek Day 3
Tatopani To Naghali (3165 M 3-5 Hours )
I do not recommend the guest house where we stayed there because of the attached common room.

Trek Day 4
Nagthali to Briddhim (2230 M , 6-7 Hours)
We stayed at Pema guest house. +977 9861864223

Trek Day 5
Briddhim to Sherpa Gaon ( 2500 M, 5-6 hours )
However you can end Tamang Heritage trail from Briddhim to Syabrubesi.

But as we wanted to trek to Langtang so we continued to Sherpa Gaon.

Trek Day 6
So our trek to Tamang Heritage trail ends here, then we move from Rimche to the Budha Guest house in Thungshyap, it is after Ghoda Tabela.

Trek Day 7
Thung Shyp to Kyanjin Gompa 3,865 m ( 5 to 7 Hours)

Trek Day 8
Stay at Kyanjin Gompa and then trek to Kyanjin Ri Peaks
Max altitude up to 4770 M.

Trek Day 9
Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel 2,470 M where we stayed at Tibet Guest House.

Trek Day 10
Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi.

As we did the same and as we were 9 people so our personal cab cost was only $12

Overall it was fun 10 day trek around Langtang valley and Tamang Heritage Trail.
